Summary: There were just a number of things that were wrong...very torn shower curtain, blocked sink drain, failure to resupply TP and shower gel, just to name a few.

Summary: Nice budget hotel with great added features of a pool and a gym. Breakfast was standard budget hotel fare. The staff are very friendly and helpful, a definite upgrade compared to many budget hotels. If I was travelling with kids, the pool and water slide would have been a great perk.

Summary: Stay was overall good, room was fine. Room was a bit tight to move around but fit our needs. The slide in the pool was not available during our stay due to limited hours and staffing. There was no signs other than a lock on the slide stairs. Asked staff about it, they said they’d try to open it up, but never did.

Summary: Our room had the side table of the bed ripped out of the wall, it was very warm despite adjusting the thermostat, and we were on the main floor, so a bit noisy. On the plus side, it was reasonably priced and convenient to the highway, restaurants etc,. So not luxurious by any means but it was adquate for our needs.

Summary: We specifically chose this spot because of the slide but we're very disappointed that we were not able to use the slide because the life guard had just gone off duty. We had to travel quite a ways to get there and so didn't make it in time. Had I known ahead of time, I would have booked somewhere cheaper. My kids were very disappointed, therefore I was disappointed. This honestly would make it so that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends and family. Otherwise everything else about our stay was satisfactory.

Summary: Very professional, courteous helpful receptionist named Brenda greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. I was travelling with my 90 year old dad and we were pretty tired from our train ride from Ottawa followed by our Go Train journey to arrive in Aurora. I was annoyed about booking through hotels.com because I am not technologically inclined….she remained kind and professional and explained the billing process. That same evening I had an issue with an Uber order and went down to see her to help with canceling a $64 charge for 2 burgers and shakes! Brenda took over my Uber app and managed to get the order cancelled….she showed patience and persistence in trying to resolve my issue. I appreciate her going over and above to help me even though I was quite flustered and in a little bit of a panic. Thanks Brenda! You made my stay much more relaxed! lol….
